As a Clinical Director and a specialist in Perinatal Mental Health, I am deeply committed to guiding both clients and clinicians toward meaningful healing and growth. I know firsthand how profoundly pregnancy, postpartum, and reproductive experiences can impact mental health. Whether it's navigating infertility, coping with pregnancy loss, healing from birth trauma, or managing the overwhelm of new parenthood, I provide a compassionate, evidence-based approach tailored to each individual.
In addition to addressing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, I also specialize in treating trauma using evidence-based approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reintegration (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). My training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for Depression (ACT-D), Clinical Hypnosis, Dialectiacal and Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Brief CBT for Chronic Pain (B-CBT), and CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I) allows me to integrate multiple therapeutic techniques to best support my clients unique needs.
