Couples Intensive
Becoming parents rewires your brain, your relationship, and sometimes your entire sense of self. Feeling disconnected from your partner can feel harder than the parenting itself.
Our intensive helps you and your partner navigate this massive transition together—because "just communicate better" isn't exactly cutting it when you're both running on three hours of sleep or giving high fives as you pass each other on the way to work.
Our team helps you understand your personalities and parenting styles, so you can rebuild connection when you're both touched out and tired.
Each intensive includes:
PART ONE
Your Story
Share your journey, identify challenging patterns, and complete a comprehensive relationship assessment.
PART TWO
Understand Patterns
Review your results, gain deep insights into your relationship dynamics and why you keep running into the same conflict (Spoiler alert: every marriage does this!).
PART THREE
Practical Tools
Learn how to approach the common challenges with empathy and understanding so you can be the parents you both want to be.
At-Home Therapy
Sometimes moms need therapy most when getting out of the house is the hardest.
Our Los Angeles-based therapists bring support right to your couch, and yes, we'll hold the baby while you pee. Think of us as your personal mental health doula who also happens to have a degree in understanding why sleep deprivation makes you want to cry into a pillow.
We focus on:
-
Addressing any postpartum anxiety, depression, or OCD (it’s more common than you think—you’re not alone)
-
Finding moments of peace in the chaos (even if it's just 2 minutes)
-
Learning to trust your instincts when everyone has an opinion
-
Processing your birth experience
-
Managing overwhelming emotions
-
Navigating identity shifts
-
Addressing isolation and loneliness
Creating self-care routines that work

Group Support
Connecting with other moms who are in similar seasons can help you process the day-to-day challenges of being a mom. With the guidance of our Group Facilitator, you’ll feel less alone and supported.
In “Lost and Found,” mothers one year into their parenting journey gather to reconnect with themselves. This nurturing group experience goes beyond surface-level self-care, helping you understand who you've become and envision who you want to be.

Lost & Found
Becoming a parent changes everything—including your relationship with yourself. This group is for moms who love their children deeply but feel like parts of themselves have gone quiet, or disappeared altogether. Together, we’ll create space to explore who you are now, what you’ve lost, and what you want to reclaim.
Community Events
Healing doesn't always happen in a therapy office.
Sometimes it happens while your hands are busy with flowers or paint, surrounded by other moms who understand that "self-care" might mean ugly-crying in your car after grocery shopping. These events are your permission slip to just be—no "good mom" performance required.
Join us for:
-
Monthly flower-arranging workshops

FAQs
Individual sessions run 50 minutes—just enough time to dive deep while respecting your packed schedule. Most clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum, then adjust as needed. Because let's be real: sometimes you need more support during sleep regressions or major transitions.
We're out-of-network providers, but we'll give you a superbill to submit to your insurance and help you navigate that process. We also offer sliding scale spots because maternal mental health support should be accessible.
Both options offer the same high-quality care. In-person sessions happen in our cozy LA office. Virtual sessions let you skip traffic and do therapy from your car during nap time or after bedtime. The best choice? The one that actually works for your life right now.
Book a free 15-minute consultation call. We'll talk about what's bringing you in, match you with the right therapist, and make sure we're a good fit.
We're licensed to serve clients anywhere in California. Whether you're in LA for in-person sessions or joining virtually from San Diego to Sacramento, we've got you covered.
While we're not a crisis service, we provide all clients with an emergency resource guide and contact protocol. If you're having thoughts of harming yourself or others, call 988/911 or head to your nearest emergency room.
We offer early morning, evening, and weekend slots because we know that "typical" office hours don't always work for mom life. Need to reschedule because your kid woke up with a fever? We get it. Just give us 24 hours' notice when possible.
Everything shared in session stays in session—it's like Vegas, but for your mental health. We use secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms for virtual sessions and messaging. And yes, you can absolutely tell us about your mother-in-law without it getting back to her.
