As an executive advisor and thinking partner, I work with senior leaders and founders navigating complex strategic, organizational, and personal decisions. After earning my MBA from Yale, I spent over a decade advising Fortune 100 C-Suite executives as a management consultant and led global strategy at Bloomberg Media, working closely with senior leadership on growth and transformation. Today, I work with a small number of clients, providing steady support and clarity to help navigate complexity, transition, and uncertainty, drawing on executive coaching techniques to deepen insight and impact. I'm thrilled that The Mother Hood is committed to supporting women in their personal AND professional lives! 

My role at The Mother Hood is deeply personal. I have seen fertility struggles, pregnancy loss, and the challenges of motherhood up close in my own family at a time when there was very little support - and when people simply didn't want to talk about it. Now that I'm a mother myself, I'm determined that no one should have to carry that solitary pain and isolation alone. This is your safe space.
