overwhelmed and overstimulated mom with toddler boy

Ari Tabak, CPCC

I am deeply passionate about supporting mothers through the complex, beautiful, and often overwhelming seasons of motherhood. As a mom of two, I get it. Whether you are navigating early postpartum, balancing career and family, redefining your identity, or simply feeling stretched too thin, I am here to walk alongside you. Before becoming a coach, I built my career in tech, where I led teams and specialized in people management, operations, and company culture. That experience shapes my work today — I understand the pressures of leadership, high performance, and the invisible mental load that so many women carry both at work and at home. I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Co-Active Training Institute and hold an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation, grounding my approach in rigorous training and globally recognized standards. Motherhood can bring immense joy — and also exhaustion, self-doubt, anxiety, decision fatigue, and a sense of losing yourself in the process of caring for everyone else. In addition to one-on-one coaching, I facilitate mom groups that include workshops and guided reflection circles, creating spaces where women can feel seen, supported, and less alone. My role is to help you reconnect with who you are, clarify what matters most, and move forward with intention and confidence. Together, we focus on practical strategies, mindset shifts, and aligned action — helping you move from overwhelm to clarity, from burnout to balance, and from self-criticism to self-trust. My hope is that you leave each session feeling empowered, understood, and equipped — not because motherhood is suddenly easy, but because you feel more steady, more supported, and more like yourself within it.
